The WEH® TW05 Quick Connector is a high-performance solution for fast and reliable leak, pressure, and function testing of pneumatic components with M14x1.5 female threads. Developed for efficient use in serial production, this connector enables secure and pressure-tight connections in just seconds—without the need for hand-tightening or additional sealing elements.

With one swift motion, the sliding sleeve is actuated, causing the patented WEH® clamping jaws to engage securely into the threaded port of the test piece. The connector seals and pressurises the component (5 – 12 bar) in a single step, dramatically reducing test setup times and eliminating the need for traditional clamping devices.

For high-volume automated testing applications, the TW05 is also available in a control housing version, actuated via external control and pressure lines—ideal for automated leak testing stations seeking productivity gains and cost efficiency.
