The WEH® TW01 is a pneumatically actuated quick connector designed for automated pressure and vacuum testing of internal straight tubes, bores, and female threads. Ideal for high-throughput production environments, the TW01 delivers fast, repeatable, and pressure-tight connections—maximizing productivity and reducing testing time.

• Internal Sealing: Seals bores, straight tubes, and internally threaded components from Ø 7.7 mm to 76.0 mm.

• No Hand Tightening Needed: Just insert, apply pilot pressure, and seal—connection made in seconds.

• Cost-Efficient: Increases testing speed and reduces labor, improving cost efficiency.

• Front Seal + Stroke Limiter: Standard version includes a stroke limiter and additional seal for threaded ports.

• Flexible Design: Optional shaft extensions, twin connectors, and high-wear urethane seals available.

⚠️ Note: TW01 connectors do not retain the test piece. Use of an external fixture is required.
