WEH® Quick Connector TW241

For External Straight Tube Diameters | Manual Clamping Lever | Vacuum to 70 bar

The WEH® TW241 quick connector is specially designed for leak testing on external straight tube diameters from 6.0 mm to 44.0 mm, offering fast, secure, and pressure-tight connections in seconds. It is ideal for use with copper, steel, or aluminium tubes in HVAC-R, manufacturing, and automotive applications.

Key Features:

• Rapid Connection: No hand tightening or seal adjustment required.

• External Sealing: Seals on the outside diameter of the test tube.

• Wide Tolerance Range: Bridges up to ± 0.25 mm; suitable for roundness deviations up to 0.25 mm.

• Jaw Locking Mechanism: Ensures high grip and low surface pressure, minimizing distortion and eliminating the need for external clamping.

• Pressure Safety Support: Disconnection is not possible above 5 bar, ensuring user safety.
