The WEH® TW130 Quick Connector is a high-performance solution tailored for leak, pressure, and function testing of components with banjo tube connections, hose/tube fittings, and sleeve nut assemblies.
With pneumatic valve actuation and a compact, robust design, the TW130 enables rapid, leak-tight connections in automated test environments—without manual tightening, tapes, or tools. Ideal for high-volume testing, it is compatible with automatic systems, robotics, and test benches, ensuring efficiency and repeatability in production processes.
A customized sample holder and optional retaining plate ensure secure alignment and connection, even in high-pressure scenarios up to 350 bar (5,000 psi).
