The WEH® TW04 Screw Connector is the ideal solution for pressure and vacuum testing, as well as for filling and venting applications, on components with male threads. It enables quick, tool-free connections up to 50 bar (725 psi)—simply hand-tighten until the integrated O-ring makes contact, and a pressure-tight seal is instantly formed. No wrenches, sealants, or tape are required, offering significant time and cost savings.

The pressure-assisted piston design ensures that the connection becomes even more secure as internal pressure increases, providing a reliable clamping force on the test piece. The standard swivel joint enhances flexibility during testing by allowing the connector to be positioned conveniently, minimizing hose twisting and operator fatigue.

With durable NBR or polyurethane seals and corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction, the TW04 offers long-lasting performance and easy maintenance through simple seal replacement—reducing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
